Cancellation Instructions
1. Cancel your subscription or service at any time prior to your next billing date. Your subscription will remain active until the
end of the current paid billing period. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the cancellation is completed before
the next billing date to avoid additional charges.
2. How to Cancel To cancel:

Log-in to your back office:

Click on “My Wallet”

Click “Manage Subscription” on the top right corner

Select "Cancel Subscription"
